My current favorite program, Xoscope, gives your sound card digital oscilloscope capabilities. It has most of the features you expect in a digital oscope (except a MHz bandwidth), like memory, autotrigger, etc. It runs under X windows for GNU/Linux, and some other platform.

I've made xoscope rpm's for RedHat 6.0, which are available here:

This is the cool new version, which uses GTK+. See also the Xoscope homepage.
